"My journey of healing led me to feel a deep calling to pull others 'out of the pit'. I have ten years of experience in walking alongside people through life’s toughest challenges. I see most issues through a trauma-informed lens and have an interest in addiction, family dynamics, mother/father wounds, OCD, PTSD, marriage counseling, abuse, and navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I also support individuals dealing with grief, eating disorders, suicidal thoughts, depression, and anxiety.

I believe in the power of Narrative Therapy— helping people untangle their stories and find meaning in their experiences. I also use attachment-based approaches to deepen understanding and build stronger connections. For those who prefer, I provide therapy from a Christian perspective, blending faith with the therapeutic process.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a devoted wife and mama to 3 littles and 2 poochies. I love snowboarding, French bakeries, rewatching Breaking Bad, HomeGoods, camping, and documentaries. I’m always eager to learn something new and love connecting with people in meaningful, authentic ways."

"With six years of post-graduate experience, I offer telehealth therapy services tailored to individuals navigating significant life transitions, women’s issues, depression, and anxiety. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques to help clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth. I am passionate about creating a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their emotions, identify their strengths, and work toward their goals.

As an active leader in the social work community, I am dedicated to advancing the field and advocating for the well-being of those I serve. I believe in the power of connection and collaboration, both in my professional and personal life. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our five dogs, finding joy in cooking new recipes, and teaching DanceFit classes at my local gym. These activities keep me grounded and energized, allowing me to bring my best self to each session with my clients."

"I am passionate about supporting those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, chronic stress, and life transitions (to name a few). By taking a whole individual, social-behavioral approach, I work together with my clients to shine a new light on their current challenges, explore what is and is not working, and spend time processing the dynamics, patterns, and cycles keeping them stagnant. It is my commitment to my clients to create and hold a space that welcomes vulnerability and encourages authenticity.

When I’m ‘off the clock’, I love spending time with my husband and pup, especially outdoors. I consistently put my library card to good use, rarely say no to a Target run, and love to decorate (or re-decorate) my home! ”

“There is no diagnosis, trauma or experience that is outside of my comfort level. It is my goal to help you even if that means I am just a stepping stone in your journey of finding the right therapist for you.

As a therapist I am passionate about working with my clients to reach their goals. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship issues, life transitions and trauma. I specialize in working with individuals with disordered eating habits and individuals with OCD. My stance in therapy is that you are the expert on yourself and your experience. My goal is to meet you where you are at, and to provide a safe space where we can work together to identify behaviors that are not serving you.

Outside of my career I enjoy spending my time traveling and watching college football (go VOLS). I am an avid reader, a wannabe runner and I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and of course my dog Cash."
